per quanto riguarda la Domanda per essere ammesso ai Fondi, questa viene effettuata sia direttamente online che con invio cartaceo.
Essendo una quantità enorme di fogli e di pagine, ed essendo stata (comunque approvata) da leggere con lettera Ufficiale più in basso, pubblicherò (per l'evidenza) una sintesi del Progetto nel quale è possibile trovare tutte le informazioni sull'attività che avremmo svolto.

Il contratto viene firmato il giorno 22 Maggio 2013
Al punto 8.4 si legge che "L'erogazione, in unica soluzione delle agevolazioni in conto investimenti, ovvero del saldo di tali agevolazioni sarà effettuata dall'Agenzia entro sessanta giorni dal ricevimento della documentazione indicata nei commi che precedono, dopo aver accertato per mezzo di persone o società da essa designate, la persistenza delle condizioni soggettive ed oggettive per la fruizione delle agevolazioni e verificata la documentazione di cui al primo comma del presente Articolo; l'Agenzia sarà tenuta al rispetto del predetto termine soltanto se la documentazione consegnata sarà completa e non saranno necessarie integrazioni o chiarimenti."

Invitalia risponde alla lettera dell'Avvocato Prandelli con una lettera dove si legge:
"per assicurare l'interesse Pubblico alla corretta destinazione di agevolazioni di Stato, sta effettuando, anche attraverso le competenti autorità, alcune verifiche sia sulla documentazione trasmessa dalla Sua assistita in data 27/02/2014, sia su quella acquisita in sede di verifica presso la sede della società beneficiaria"

L'Atto di Citazione con cui la 4PTarget di Gianluca Contessa ha citato in Giudizio la Invitalia S.p.A. per il risarcimento dei danni causati dall'intero comportamento avuto nella gestione del Progetto fino alla inspiegabile interruzione dei Fondi e all'attesa di oltre un anno e mezzo per l'invio del Saldo mai arrivato ...
Il Documento è davvero interessante e merita di essere letto per capire nel dettagllio l'intera vicenda e tutti i risvolti legali associati.

La Guardia di Finanza su segnalazione del Comando Nucleo Speciale Spesa Pubblica e Repressione Frodi Comunitarie in relazione ai rapporti di collaborazione con l'INVITALIA s.p.a., ha avviato un'attività di polizia economico finanziaria in materia di tutela della spesa pubblica finalizzata al contrasto delle frodi in danno al bilancio nazionale, ed orientata prioritariamente alla constatazione della corretta osservanza delle disposizioni che regolano la concessione di contributi nazionali, con particolare riferimento alle misure di finanziamento concesse nell'ambito degli incentivi alle imprese previsti dal D.Lgs n. 185 del 21/04/2000 - titolo II
il sig. Contessa Gianluca rappresentante legale della società è stato segnalato per l'ipotesi di reato prevista e punita dall'art. 640 bis c.p..
